Thanksgiving

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving. We are lucky to have both our families close by so we had a combined Thanksgiving with Rowses and Services.

9 Months

Yoga

I planned on posting these a while ago but hadn't gotten around to it. When Kenna started crawling she used to stick her leg out and do all these funny things. We called it her yoga stretches.


Kenna is also very good at using her feet to play with toys. She can pick up toys and hold them with her feet. She is preparing for Circus ole

Since I'm not a photographer and probably never will be I wanted to get good picture taken of Kenna.

Kenna is shy of strangers now so it took Tyler jumping up and down in the back of the room to get her to smile. I still think these turned out great but that is because she is so cute no matter what.

6 months

These are pictures of her on the day she turned 6 months. She wore this onezie the first week she got home from the hospital...and it still fits.

Cereal

Kenna started eating cereal about a month ago. We started introducing baby foods last week. She isn't a fan of peas but she likes the rice cereal.


Bo also likes the rice cereal...he is planning his next move.

Swimming

We tried taking Kenna for her first swim in the heated pool but...she didn't take to it. :(




I love her sad face. Bettter luck next time I guess.

We tried to get a picture of Kenna's "Who" hair...but mom is a bad photographer so you can't see it.

Blessing Day

It is interesting to me that in the LDS culture the mother of the baby plans the meal after the blessing for family and friends. Who thought that was a good idea. :)
Regardless, the day went smoothly and we had plenty of food.
Thanks everyone who was able to come and spend this wonderful event with us.
McKenna Diane Service was blessed on May 3rd 2009. Grandma Rowse made the beautiful blessing dress. She looks like a doll.
